When wanting to speak with Soot, it is imperative that you catch him at the right moments: when he is with one or all of his best friends, when he is in a populated area, or when he is near someone he deems stronger than him who will protect him. Past experiences have left him quite distrustful of new people, even those who he knows would never harm him. All-in-all it is best to talk to him when he feels safe and protected, and he will be more than happy to introduce himself and talk to you.
Soot, though very wary of strangers, has a tough heart and a tougher attitude. He can hold his own in arguments and will not hesitate to put himself on the line for those he trusts wholeheartedly. He one of the more brave individuals in the herd and does his best to defend those who need him. He hates fighting and is more of a lover than the former, and is actually a very kind and compassionate bull once you get to know him. Sometimes you may see him letting the calves draw on his snowy coat with non-toxic chalks, and he wears the crude tattoos with pride. Soot loves marbles! He collects all different types of marbles, and gifting him a bag of them is a surefire way to become a good friend of his. He is very self-conscious of this little guilty pleasure of his, because he thinks people will call him weird for it- but if you ask to see his marbles, his eyes will light up and he will give you the biggest smile you've ever seen! Soot also enjoys vegetables, but doesn't care for ones that could easily stain his white fur. |
